Silbar Special: Mexican Fine Dining
Mexican restaurant Silbar is hosting a special fine dining experience! Chef Robert is returning to his Michelin-starred roots (Restaurant Joelia, De Librije) with a special 5-course menu for just €65.
The first evening was fully booked quickly, so we are hosting this special menu again! Robert is going all out with a Mexican 5-course menu including Kingfish with Salsa Roja Pico, Langoustine with liquorice, and a Tartelette with Birria that you will be talking about for a long time! Expect surprising combinations, spicy gems, and of course beautiful presentations. The set five-course menu costs €65 (no adjustments possible, the menu includes meat, fish, and shellfish, among other things). You can order a matching cocktail menu from cocktail maestro Pim for €35. Delicious wines, beers, and homemade sodas can also be ordered separately. Silbar will open exclusively for this special dinner at 17:00. The dinner starts at 18:30. Want to be there? Tickets for the 5-course menu are for sale via the Silbar website for €65.
