Chess players of all levels are welcome to participate for free in this special open-air tournament in the heart of the city.

Unique open-air chess championship in Rotterdam

On August 2, Stadspodium will transform into a true open-air chess spectacle! Chess players of all levels are welcome to participate for free in this special outdoor tournament. Around 10 rounds will be played using the Swiss system (rapid format): 10 minutes per player per game. Sign up now!

Schedule – 10 rounds, 10+0 rapid

Start: 12:00 PM

Break: 1:35 PM – 2:00 PM

Final round finished: 4:55 PM

Award ceremony: 5:05 PM
