Resonances From The Other One about longing for connection

about longing for connection

From Friday September 19th until October 12th, you can visit the second of a two-part exhibition organized by the Kunstambassade Rotterdam, featuring works by more than fifteen local artists. The works presented in both exhibitions are a reflection on our present time which is experiencing an acceleration that often seems to be beyond our control. As if the world is slipping through our fingers. And yet, a deep human longing persists: for participation, for collaboration, for the exchange of ideas, for meaningful contact through words, through shared presence.

The second exhibition Resonances From The Other One will turn toward the longing for connection, found in the nurturing potential of human-nature connections, shared (social) experiences and entangled habitats.

The Kunstambassade connects Rotterdam-based visual artists, letting them share their work with art lovers, both through physical exhibitions and online via the virtual studio. The Kunstambassade is a network based on solidarity: a part of the proceeds of sold works goes to a shared fund.
