During the harvest dinner, top chef Pepijn Schmeink cooks a menu with nature-inclusive products from the Buijtenland van Rhoon. Local, seasonal and healthy. The three-course dinner is made with the crops of the farmers from the Buijtenland. Each course has a matching local drink, made with the products from the Buijtenland. From beer to whisky and from apple juice to apple cider.
While you enjoy what the land brings us, farmers and makers tell you about the products. Between the dishes you take a walk through the polder where the products grow.
