Onder één hemel – Bosbad op Dierendag

On Animal Day, we focus our attention on the more-than-human world. Birds above us, insects among flowers and leaves, trees that have been growing in the same spot for decades. During this forest bath, we explore what it is like to experience ourselves as part of that living community.

Trompenburg Gardens & Arboretum provides a special setting for this. Amidst trees, water features, and autumn colors, we move slowly through the garden. We take the time to look, listen, smell, and observe what lives there. What changes when you pay attention to the animals and other life forms that share this place?

The program consists of a nature meditation, invitations, a slow walk, and a tea ceremony in the greenery. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
