In addition to being a soloist, cellist Maja Bogdanović is a passionate chamber musician and is renowned for her incredibly expressive tone. Following an outstanding recital at Carnegie Hall, Maja has since taken her place among today's most prominent cellists.
This time, together with pianist Nino Gvetadze, she performs Rachmaninov's Cello Sonata alongside music by Fazil Say and Leoš Janáček—his last chamber music work and absolutely one of the highlights of the cello repertoire.
