December 13, 2026 in Rotterdam. Underworld East Europe Tour.
Nile For the avid death metal fan, Nile hardly needs an introduction. The American band has existed since 1993, but broke through in 1998 with the album 'Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka'. Since then, the band centered around frontman Karl Sanders has enjoyed a steady career, if we disregard lineup changes. Ten studio albums and countless tours have made it clear that their technically skilled and brutal death metal with Egyptian themes has left a distinct mark on the genre. We are glad they are coming back to Baroeg.
Redsphere Redsphere is known as a French band, but their home base is New Caledonia. That is an archipelago in the Pacific Ocean and therefore belongs to French territory. In short, an exotic band that plays death metal in which you can also find some thrash elements. And lyrically, the band draws from the writings of George Orwell. Intrepid Intrepid comes from Estonia and also plays death metal. Really awesome death metal. Founded in 2016 when these gentlemen were around 15, two albums have since been released. Intrepid previously toured with Nile and left a good impression. We are convinced that this will happen at Baroeg as well. Orecus Orecus is a quartet from Sweden that presents a more modern variant of death metal. That doesn't mean it's soft. On the contrary. Hard and with the necessary groove, this band will easily blow you away. Just check out their most recent album, 'Dreadnought'. Location: Baroeg Spinozaweg 300 3076 ET Rotterdam
