The 'Niet Lullen Maar Dansen "Better With Friends"' parties are small-scale non-profit events where you meet both old and new friends. Here you enjoy the best DJs in the city. This edition is entirely dedicated to disco. Expect an entire evening of Disco, Disco House and Funky House. This is provided by familiar DJs such as Clarence Brandon, Enrico, One Eye and De dansende Tulp. Wereldmuseum Amsterdam is organising the DISCO exhibition from 9 October 2026, a tribute to this influential musical movement. The exhibition highlights disco as an interplay of social change, artistic innovation and political struggle, and places the genre firmly in its historical and social context.
