MT Jones | Support Act: Kat Eaton
MT Jones is coming to BIRD on Friday, November 27. The singer-songwriter from Liverpool makes soul music that hits home.
The singer-songwriter from Liverpool makes soul that hits home. Warm vocals, raw emotions and grooves that hang somewhere between classic soul, jazz and modern R&B. No overproduction, just strong songs and a live band that lets everything breathe.
With recent tracks like “Why I Cry”, “Joy” and “Gentle Reminder”, MT Jones shows why he is gaining momentum among the new generation of soul artists. His debut album Joy took him to clubs and venues across Europe, the UK and the US, with more and more sold-out shows along the way.
Live, MT Jones feels intimate and intense at the same time. From fragile moments to full soul grooves without it feeling forced. For fans of Michael Kiwanuka, Leon Bridges, Jalen Ngonda and Yussef Dayes.
