Parent and child experience a lot together in the first three years. Children can hardly remember anything of this later, but it does shape who they are.
In My Little Bunny, Mother Bunny and her little Bunny experience all sorts of adventures. Little Bunny (a doll, initially white and small) gets a colour added to each adventure and grows. In one scene, Bunny's arm turns yellow, in another scene his leg turns green. When Bunny grows up, he doesn't understand where the colours come from. By looking back at photos, Bunny learns more about himself.
My Haasje is a solo performance in which Anastasiia continues with the animation technique of her successful performance Thuis and she even paints live animation. With music and sound design by Thijs Felperlaan it will be a colorful and imaginative performance in which we want to make children aware of their own growth and identity.
