At Master Blaster, you will discover the new generation of jazz musicians. This event offers an inspiring evening filled with unique performances by 14 master students from the Codarts Jazz Master's program. Each student presents a short, energetic live performance. You will hear them with their own ensemble, in which they showcase their personal ideas, musical style, and leadership. This makes every performance a special experience.
The Artistic Development
The performances this evening are the result of two intensive semesters in the Artistic Performance Lab . Here, students work closely with experienced jazz coaches from Codarts. They develop their artistic direction and refine their musical skills. You can expect an evening full of original music, with fresh energy and high-level musicality. You will be introduced to the jazz musicians of tomorrow.
