Laatbloeier
Laatbloeier is a new tragicomedy from the creators of the cinema hit De Terugreis. Raymonde de Kuyper takes on the role of 65-plusser Joke, who, after a completely unexpected divorce, has to figure out who she actually is.
When Joke's husband announces just before his retirement that he wants a divorce and packs his bags, she struggles with the question of who she is besides being a wife and mother. Determined to reinvent herself, she finds a job at a trendy podcast company, and a new world opens up for her. When Joke unexpectedly becomes a hit on the podcast of her Gen-Z colleague Amber, her regained self-confidence turns into a slightly too fanatical attempt to catch up on everything she has missed for years.
