Kunstavond

The days are getting shorter, the evenings cooler. Perfect weather for a Kunstavond! On Friday, October 2, there is plenty on the programme again: from exhibitions and performances at Kunstinstituut Melly and V2_, to textile art and a scavenger hunt at WORM. Would you rather relax for a while? Then you can visit MaMA. At V2_, you can see Still Unstable, an exhibition celebrating the 45th anniversary of V2_Lab for the Unstable Media. There are various events and performances throughout the evening. At Kunstinstituut Melly, you can visit the final weekend of Draw Withdraw Redraw and take part in a free workshop from 18:30 to 20:30 with artist Felipe Mujica, who will teach you the technique of rug hooking. WORM brings together Art-Gang and Pirate Stitching Club for Finding a Needle in the Gallery, featuring work by around 20 textile artists. During Kunstavond, there will be small performances and you can take part in a scavenger hunt. At MaMA, you can experience the temporary Resting Space, which explores what people need to feel comfortable. Experiment with light, sound, interior design, and various sensory tools.
