Although, to some extent, everyone is one tonight, because we're going to celebrate Ghost. The magnificent Swedes play in Ahoy these days, which is a size too big for Baroeg. What does just about fit: Ritual - The Dutch Ghost Experience. In a setting from Ghost's early years, you get gruesomely close to the experience of that time, but with the songs that have become crowd favorites in all the years since. It is a fitting Ghost tribute rather than the greats themselves, but when you're singing along to 'Square Hammer' or 'Satanized', you won't give a damn anymore.

Astro Zombies AD (Misfits tribute) The undisputed pioneers of horror punk nowadays play at major festivals with some original members for astronomical sums, that is, unless Glenn Danzig is in another bad mood. Astro Zombies AD offers some solace with a set full of Misfits hits from the early Danzig era. These seasoned scene-goers do it so well that Michale Graves immediately dives into his own self-dug grave. Give us Michiel Walrave (The Real Danger, The Shivvies) any day, who can even perform classics from the first two Danzig albums. No idea if Astro Zombies AD will do that tonight; it’s going to be a sing-along either way. It is also the penultimate chance to see them live before their farewell show in November at Helldorado.
