What do you do when the world of black and white slowly fades into fifty shades of grey? With his story, Tim examines his generation.
His daughter moving out forces him to look back: at his black-and-white upbringing, his own colourful student days and the radical ideals of back then. How much of that is left? Has he gone from outspoken to colourless grey? And why does he actually not want his daughter to move out? Does that have something to do with his own student days?
With sharp jokes, tender songs and a new relevant story, Tim dissects his generation that once knew everything for sure, but now dangles doubtfully in the middle. Is that wisdom that comes with the years? Is it his fate that he is irrevocably turning grey? Or does he have to make a radical choice one more time?
