About the Vadercirkel

This FRESH evening is dedicated to fatherhood. Nick facilitates a Vadercirkel: an opportunity to share experiences and listen to other fathers, both fathers with more experience and brand-new fathers. Often there is little room to talk with other fathers, especially about vulnerable topics. Think of questions such as: how do you raise a child (partly) on your own? How do you give your child affection and interaction with women, something that mothers can seemingly give more easily? Are there things that mothers master more easily, which you might also want to do, but for which you feel little room?

In conversation together

There are many things you can doubt while raising a child. You are not alone in those doubts. It can be nice to hear the doubts of other fathers, and certainly also how they deal with certain situations. The Vadercirkel is primarily intended to engage in conversation with each other. It is not the intention to give unsolicited advice. Sharing experiences, in a safe and structured conversation, can be of great value.
