Floating Office Rotterdam - Open Office Day

Floating Office Rotterdam (FOR) is the largest floating building in the world and the most sustainable office in the Netherlands. Reserve your free ticket to join one of the three guided tours and learn more about this world-famous building.

Join us at Floating Office Rotterdam (FOR) on Saturday, June 21 and learn more about the world's largest floating office! In celebration of Rotterdam Architecture Month, we are hosting three FOR tours during Open Office Day.


Our exceptionally climate-resistant building is energy positive, CO2 negative and designed to reflect the mission of its main user, the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA). In addition, its structure is entirely made of engineered wood, dramatically reducing its carbon footprint and allowing it to be completely reusable, as the structure is assembled without adhesives and therefore easily disassembled.
