In the autumn of 2026, Introdans brings loads of energy to the theaters. ENERGY is an evening full of dynamism, contrast, and the joy of dance. In the program, Introdans presents two existing choreographies and two world premieres by choreographers with Mediterranean roots. The result: a vibrant program in which expressiveness, musicality, and contemporary dance language come together.

All of this results in a vibrant program where expressiveness, musicality, and contemporary dance come together.

Variety and new works

The program consists of the theatrical Tagadá by Sofia Nappi and the cheerful Flabbergast by Gustavo Ramírez Sansano. Additionally, Andonis Foniadakis and Aristide Rontini present two brand-new dance pieces. This makes for a dynamic evening that is sure to recharge you. Artistic Director Roel Voorintholt describes it as 'the engine of the dancing bodies switching into turbo mode'.

Tagadá by Sofia Nappi

Introdans is once again collaborating with the talented choreographer Sofia Nappi. She received the Introdans Partner Award at the RIDCC in 2021. Nappi's work is unique and theatrical, creating a strong connection with you as an audience. Her successful group creation Tagadá , set to music by Daft Punk among others, uses the Italian fairground attraction Tagadá as a metaphor for life. We balance between emotions such as uncertainty, fear, joy, and euphoria. The connection with the people around you then serves as a source of stability.
