De lente in mijn hart

Duo Mong presents a unique chamber concert in which the most beautiful melodies from Tatar culture come to life. The programme is dedicated to the anniversaries of Nazib Zhiganov and Rustem Yakhin, the most important names in Tatar classical music. Together with soprano Lilian Tong and clarinettist Mayuko Takeda, the ensemble will perform a special, rarely performed repertoire. Extra unique: the beautiful classical songs will be sung in their original native language, with short explanations in Dutch about the background of the music in between.
