De Jubelzusjes - Poppentheater op het water 4+
The Jubelzusjes (The Jubel Sisters) is a fun show created especially for the puppet theatre in Delfshaven in 2025. Featuring their own song and hand-painted sets, this is a truly cheerful and funny performance, followed by a workshop where children can make their own puppet. Ages 5 and up.
Performances on Wednesday afternoon
Since 2020, you can watch performances every Wednesday afternoon at this puppet theater, set on a real ship. A different show every month, suitable for children ages 5 and up. More than 10,000 people have already seen performances at this puppet theater.
Interaction with the Public
During the performances, the sisters want to celebrate together, but oh dear, one of them is missing. We all have to look for her, of course, but luckily the postman comes to help, and he's quite knowledgeable.
The Unique Location: The Fighter
The performance takes place on the historic sea tug De Fighter, moored in the Delfshavense Schiehaven in Rotterdam. They perform outdoors in the summer and indoors in the winter. The venue offers a unique setting for an afternoon of fun. Please note: the ship has many stairs, making it less suitable for people with disabilities.
