What does the future hold for Dutch dance? You can discover this in DANSLOKAAL: Conny Janssen Danst’s annual talent hub, where talented makers are invited to develop new work with the dancers of the Rotterdam company.
Artistic Director Conny Janssen, one of the leading choreographers in the Netherlands, selects a remarkable variety of talent for each edition in collaboration with Dansateliers and Korzo. In DANSLOKAAL 14, these are Lea Ved (Korzo), Amparo González Sola (Dansateliers), and Maciej Kuźmiński (Conny Janssen Danst). The young makers are given the opportunity to work on developing their own signature within the professional context of the company. The result is a surprising performance featuring three idiosyncratic short works: meet a new generation of dance makers!
