Each week we'll take a mindful walk and explore a new theme around connection and awareness. You'll follow simple exercises to open your senses, be present in the moment, and connect more deeply with yourself and nature.
This course will help you make walking a pleasant habit. We'll also offer tips for continuing to walk with others after the series – this way, we'll build a sustainable walking community in Blijdorp together.
