Do you want to walk more often, be more aware in nature and meet new people from Blijdorp? Then join the Mindful Walking with Each Other Course - a free 8-week course in which we go out together in the Vroesenpark.
Every week we walk mindfully and explore a new theme around connection and awareness. You will receive simple exercises to open your senses, be present in the moment and get more in touch with yourself and nature.
This course helps you make walking a pleasant habit. We also give tips to continue walking with others after the series – this way we build a sustainable walking community in Blijdorp together.
