Four singer-songwriters share personal songs about mental health and identity. An intimate evening full of emotions, recognition and musical power.

In this musical evening, four singer-songwriters open their hearts with self-written songs about mental health, self-acceptance and finding your place in the world. Each song feels like a diary page full of raw emotion, hope and reflection. From inner struggle to personal liberation: the stories touch and connect. The artists not only give a voice to their own experiences, but also make room for those of the audience. Expect an evening full of vulnerability, musical beauty and human depth.
