BassFest Junior 2026 voor iedereen van 18 jaar en jonger die van muziek en bas houdt.
Come to the very first BassFest Junior: a day for everyone aged 18 and under who loves music and bass. Whether you already play the double bass or bass guitar, or have never touched a bass before: you are welcome! Discover the instrument during workshops, masterclasses, ensemble playing and performances, and meet other young bassists.
For one day, everything revolves around the bass. Don't play yet? Then at BassFest Junior you will discover what it feels like to hold a double bass or bass guitar – in workshops where you get started right away. Do you already play? Then you will receive masterclasses from top bassists from the Netherlands and abroad, in classical, jazz and pop.
In addition, you will build your own bass, play in the Junior Bass Orkest and stand on stage together at the end of the day for the final concert – with your parents, friends and audience in the hall.
For everyone up to and including 18 years old. Participation is free and instruments are provided, so you do not need to bring your own. The number of places is limited: we will divide participants into small groups based on instrument, level and age.
The programme starts at 11:00 and lasts until approx. 16:00.
Doors open from 10:30.
