Baroeg On Tour @SoundVille: Molder + Kontusion

Molder, Kontusion and Gutslasher bring a brutal dose of death metal to the Netherlands, with their only show in the country. Expect an evening full of rough, dirty and groovy riffs, straight from the deepest recesses of extreme metal.

Molder

It has been known for years that Chicago and its surroundings are a good breeding ground for more extreme metal. The list of great bands is almost endless. And new bands keep coming. We can also count Molder among that new generation. Active since 2017, they have a whole series of releases to their name, including three full-length albums. On them you hear a band that simply makes cool death metal without too much fuss. Just clumsy, filthy, groovy and especially heavy. Actually just the way death metal is meant to be. If you like bands like Autopsy or Obituary, you should not miss this. Especially since this is the only show in the Netherlands.

Contusion

Also a relatively new band is Kontusion. Founded in 2021 by drummer Chris Moore (Repulsion) and singer/guitarist (Mammoth Grinder). If you see which bands the guys are in, you understand that they don't make soft shit with Kontusion either. Dirty death metal with a thick punk sauce over it. We're going to hear a lot more from Kontusion and you can see them in Rotterdam.

Gutslasher

The new generation of death metal bands in the Netherlands is doing well. And Baroeg thinks it is important to offer young bands a stage. That is why we have added Gutslasher. Founded in Amsterdam in 2023, the four-piece is working hard. With their first demo track “Gallery of Gore” it is immediately clear that Cannibal Corpse are the great heroes of Gutslasher.
