Did you know that the Doelen houses one of the most special art collections from the reconstruction period? This collection was recently expanded with new works. During Art Walk Live you will see, among other things, REVERBERATIONS by Christine Rusche, Tronie en Stad by Anuli Croon, Legshow by Madeleine Berkhemer and Ami nsta li, nkre sta djuntu ku nhos by Sandim Mendes. Also new: the photo work Het spaarpotje van Jurriaanse by Harry Sengers and the sculpture Hommage aan Willem Pijper by Stephan Balkenhol.
During Art Walks Live, you will walk along these works under the guidance of a Rotterdam art lover – including backstage and a unique look at the roof. You will hear the stories behind the art, the architecture and the building itself. The tour starts in the Doelen Art gallery, Schouwburgplein 57. Do you want to join?
