Hii Charlie, it’s Julie! Hope you're doing well! I've put together the menu for 9 August. Niccolò and I will be cooking together, and this is what we're planning: Crostini No. 1 Toasted crostini topped, goat's cheese, fresh basil, and seasonal plums. Crostini No. 2 Toasted crostini with creamy ricotta, fresh peaches, lime zest and juice, finished with a balsamic reduction. Italian Gazpacho A chilled soup of vine-ripened tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, blended with onion, carrot, celery, and fresh basil. Served with basil-lime oil, peppers, crispy guanciale. Hung Yogurt Delight Creamy Greek yogurt mousse with fresh cherries marinated in lemon and mint, finished with a crunchy crumble.
