Wednesday Night Skate
Six Wednesday evenings where thousands of skaters, roller skaters and boarders roll through the streets of Rotterdam, accompanied by music, lights and a good dose of energy.
Rollerdam rolls all summer long!
This summer, Wednesday Night Skate returns to Rotterdam. From July 23rd to August 27th, Rotterdam will be transformed into a festive parade on wheels every Wednesday evening. Thanks to Xtra Materieel BV, the music literally rolls along: they provide the impressive music trucks that accompany each ride.
There are two routes:
- On the first three evenings, the procession starts and ends at the Museum Park, with a break in the artistic setting of the Brutus Sculpture Park.
- For the last three editions, the group departs from De Gele Kanarie on the Binnenrotte, and the Kralingse Pas is the place to catch your breath.
