Based on a Stephen King novel, The Life of Chuck chronicles the life of Charles “Chuck” Krantz (Tom Hiddleston), a seemingly ordinary man. As the end of the world approaches, mysterious advertisements begin to appear everywhere, thanking Chuck for 39 incredible years of service. Marty Anderson (Chiwetel Ejiofor), a man who imagined the end of times very differently, becomes fascinated by the question: Who is this Chuck, and why does it seem like the fate of the world is tied to him? Slowly but surely, memories, personal tragedies, and cosmic mysteries intertwine to create an emotional tale of life, loss, and the impact a single person can have—even when no one knows exactly why.
