Every 2nd Friday of the month, Het Witte Paard dives into the cultural depths of Rotterdam South with The Blindspot: a jazz evening with new names and relevant names from all over the world!

The international ensemble irresistibly mixes the melancholy and smooth groove of Cape Verdean music with the fiery energy of Cuban rumba, salsa and adventurous jazz. The result?

Listeners and dancers are swept away on a journey full of passion, playful subtlety and infectious rhythms. CaboCubaJazz's albums receive worldwide critical acclaim, and the band has performed in countries including Canada, Thailand, Cuba, Cape Verde, Germany, Romania, Finland, Israel, Austria, Belgium, Malaysia, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Norway, Borneo and of course the Netherlands, with the North Sea Jazz Festival as one of the highlights.
