Rotterdam Bluegrass Festival
One of the city's coziest festivals returns to the leafy Noordplein from July 3 to 5. Rotterdam Bluegrass Festival is an international roots festival that feels surprisingly laid-back: for three days, artists, locals, and music lovers simply dance and jam side by side.

With performances by Douwe Bob & Blue Grass Boogiemen, Bridge City Sinners, Lucky Fonz III & Henhouse Prowlers, Angry Zeta and Kin'Gongolo Kiniata, among others.
From bluegrass to afropop and quirky crossovers: the program is full of energy and discovery. There is also plenty to experience offstage, with jam sessions, kids' activities, and workshops.
Whether you come for a day or stay the whole weekend, chances are you won't want to leave.
