Najaarsdromen – Bosbad op de eerste dag van de herfst

On the first day of autumn, two seasons meet. The light softens, seeds have ripened, and the first leaves prepare for their journey to the ground. During this forest bath, we reflect on this special transition.

Buitenplaats De Tempel is a place where the changes of the seasons are visible everywhere. Amidst old trees, water features, and clearings, we take the time to look, listen, and observe what nature reveals. What has come into bloom? What may be harvested? What is ready for a new phase?

The program consists of a nature meditation, invitations, a slow walk, and a tea ceremony in the greenery. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
