About Milonga “El Colectivo”
“El Colectivo” is a collaboration between 4 tango dancers, artists, teachers and DJs from Argentina who live in Rotterdam. Every fourth Friday of the month, they organise a Milonga, a special tango dance evening, in a beautiful theatre in Overschie, Rotterdam-Noord.
What can you expect?
During this evening, you will enjoy a fantastic sprung wooden floor, traditional tango music from a professional DJ and a high-quality sound system. The atmospheric lighting adds to the ambiance. There is a full bar available and you can enjoy homemade empanadas and medialunas. Parking on the street is free. For the organisers, tango is more than just music, dance and poetry; it is a feeling of connection and a deep view of the world that appeals to human emotions.
