In the old Baroeg there were many memorable dance nights, until the maximum decibel standards were lowered significantly. One of the great facets of the new building is that the sound insulation meets current requirements, so you can keep dancing for hours after midnight. Thus, a new evening can see the light of day that continues long into the dark: Midnight Creatures. DJ Carcosa and Zweefteef have demonstrated their eclectic musical knowledge at multiple parties and have also played tastefully at Wavefest shows, so together they can embark on this new adventure full of fire. They go from classics to obscure with postpunk, darkwave, minimal synth, synthpunk and EBM. Think of Cosey Mueller, Linea Aspera, Petra Flurr, Selofan, Sextile or Traitrs. With appropriate visuals, Midnight Creatures will envelop everyone in the right darkness; the dance darkness that gives you a luminous kick.
