In this special edition of Heilige Huisjes: In Dialogue, two worlds meet: that of Western science and the Eastern wisdom tradition. Neuroscientist Heleen Slagter shares her insights on attention, consciousness and how meditation can change the brain, while Lama Jigmé Namgyal, Tibetan Buddhist and spiritual teacher, reflects from centuries-old contemplative traditions. Together they investigate the common ground and differences in how we understand and develop the human mind.
