For New Year's Eve, Lesbival is opening a portal at WORM to Queer Futures : a multidisciplinary sci-fi program where queer creators, thinkers, and performers construct alternative realities. Like the queer community, sci-fi transcends existing systems and poses questions about gender, identity, and power. Sci-fi allows you to bridge the gap between powerful queer history and the hopeful, radical possibilities of the queer future.

Building the future together

As the queer future and present are increasingly under pressure, coming together is more important than ever: to hold on to each other, to create, to imagine, and to build the future you want together. Lesbival collaborates with a powerful group of (primarily Rotterdam-based) collectives to shape this future: Queer Gym, Queer Cinema, Queer Salsa, The Hangout010, DJ collective AMPFEMININE, Telemagic, Genderclowns, and Fossil Free, among others.
