Keilecafe x Masa: Mexican Barbacoa Brunch
Keilecafe and Masa are teaming up to host a Mexican Barbacoa brunch in Rotterdam, where a whole lamb is traditionally slow-cooked underground and then served as a festive brunch with street food, tacos, and bottomless cocktails.
Keilecafe and Masa join forces for a special Mexican Barbacoa brunch.
On Saturday, May 23, a whole lamb will be slow-cooked underground in a traditional barbacoa pit. After about 12 hours of patient cooking, everything comes together for a festive Mexican brunch on Sunday, May 24.
You are welcome from 12:00, and food will be served around 13:00. Expect a table full of homemade dishes: crispy totopos with dips, elote, and of course delicious lamb barbacoa tacos with fresh tortillas, salsas, and salad. And because the party can go on: bottomless Mexican cocktails.
Admission to the brunch costs €35 per person.
Extra special: everyone is welcome on Saturday evening to see how the lamb is buried and prepared for cooking.
