In a small Danish town, a group of polar opposites take an Italian course. They are all alone in life: perhaps it is the hope for a little 'amore' that makes them struggle to tell the difference between a pizza and a piazza. A trip to Venice gives them the chance to put what they have learned into practice - and the Italian sun gets a chance to bring people together.
