Look behind the studio door
During the Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend (GRAW), around 600 artists, makers, and creatives open the doors of their studios at approximately 80 locations spread across Rotterdam. You can walk in on painters, sculptors, photographers, designers, and other makers. You see how and where they work, and you can immediately engage in conversation about their work, their inspiration, and their creative process. The event is free to attend with a ticket.
Discover the city's creative spots
The studios are located in all kinds of buildings throughout the city: from former factories to residential neighborhoods. Many makers offer the opportunity to purchase work on the spot. Participating locations are recognizable by a green flag. With one ticket, you can visit as many studios as you like. This is the 7th year this event is taking place, and the selection is still growing.
