What do you do when the world of black and white slowly fades into fifty shades of grey? With a new story, Tim examines his generation.
His daughter's flight forces him to look back: on his black-and-white upbringing, his own colorful student days and the radical ideals of that time. How much of it is left? Has he gone from outspoken to colorless gray? And why doesn't he actually want his daughter to live on her own? Does that have anything to do with his own student days?
With sharp jokes, tender songs and a new relevant story, Tim dissects his generation that once knew everything for sure, but now dangles doubtfully in the middle. Is that wisdom that comes with age? Is it his fate that he will irrevocably turn gray? Or does he have to make one more radical choice?
