Heri Heri is a traditional Afro-Surinamese meal consisting of cassava, sweet potato, plantain, salted fish, and egg. This dish carries a rich story. It originated among enslaved people. With limited resources, they found ways to feed each other, keep traditions alive, and create a community. In Heri Heri, you see that resilience and creativity reflected. It is a dish that honors their legacy; it tells a story of survival, ingenuity, and connectedness.

Fenix, Studio De Zolder and restaurant Mies debut at Museumnacht010
Museumnacht010 takes place on Saturday 7 March, transforming Rotterdam into one big art landscape. This edition welcomes a number of new venues such as the new art museum Fenix on Katendrecht, the interdisciplinary Studio De Zolder in Middelland, and the restaurant Mies, located in a Bauhaus icon.
