En nou gaan we even helemaal uit onze plaat 6+
A group of children has organised a dance afternoon for adults. On the dance floor, you move together and you are allowed to be whoever you want to be. There is voguing, salsa dancing, breakdancing, gabber dancing, hip-hopping, shuffling, TikTok dancing and stomping. For adults, being yourself turns out not to be easy. Sometimes you are out, too old, not good enough or not welcome. Why, actually?
Dance performance about freedom
5 performers try to dance themselves free through swirling and absurdist movements. Free from expectations and ideas about how you should be.
Moving together in society
With humor, music and lots of movement, the performance En nou gaan we even helemaal uit onze plaat (een topshow) explores how you move in society. It is an anarchistic performance about freedom, self-expression, peer pressure and the desire to resist.
Cast with children
In every city, the professional cast is supplemented by a group of local children who participate in the performance. Maas theater en dans and Acteursgroep Wunderbaum present this musical show for everyone who wants to decide for themselves how things should be.
