In The Son of the Gazelle, a boy grows up among the animals, without knowing how he got there. He wonders what it means to be human, how life began and what we can learn from nature. When an unknown man appears on the island, he gets to know the inhabited world – but that turns out to be more complicated than expected. This musical performance, inspired by the famous philosophical work Hayy ibn Yaqzan, brings age-old wisdom to life in a playful and accessible way.
