Somewhere in a small and deserted theater, a little man walks in. It is the director. The theater is ripe for demolition, and it is his task to clear away the last remaining scenery and the worn-out script… To his surprise, he suddenly discovers an audience in the stands! He does not want to disappoint the people, and after some hesitation, he decides that something must be performed after all. But how do you perform the exuberant and magnificent stories of yesteryear all by yourself with a handful of men and a horse's head? And who actually still knows The Baron of Lies?

In an entertaining way, Martijn Donders offers a glimpse into the inner workings of a theatre maker and the fantastic world of, among others, the Baron von Münchhausen. With the help of the audience and improvisation, the stories come to life in this adventurous interactive performance.
