What are we going to do? Dance, of course. But first, we are going to delve deeper. What is really holding back change in the construction sector? The system, the culture, or that one sentence: "We've been doing it this way for thirty years"? A record that keeps skipping, and nobody enjoys that. Time to move the needle. The afternoon is dedicated to system readiness and cultural change. In deep dives, we speak to people who swim against the current every day for a future-proof living environment: a home for people, animals, and nature. After the sessions, it is time to sit down at the table. During the Table Talks, in addition to food, food for thought is also served: inspiring stories about the energy transition, the materials transition, and green & water. After dinner, Bar Gideon opens its doors. Jan Rotmans opens the evening. After that, the stage is for people who do something special, often without realizing it themselves. We hear stories and music from art, culture, and practice. By sharing those stories, we learn from each other and from ourselves. If there is one thing we have learned in recent years, it is that there is a wild dancer hiding in every Gideon. So we close on the dance floor, with Convoi Exceptional. They know the drill!
