On Saturday 17 October and Sunday 15 November, we will be heading into the area around the Coolhaven together with Platform Wederopbouw Rotterdam for a surprising walking tour. During this walk, you will discover stories about animals in the city together with a guide: from artworks and ornaments in the reconstruction architecture to unexpected animals in public spaces. This walk is intended for anyone who is curious about the role of animals in the city and its history. Along the way, you will learn how animals in wartime, art and reconstruction were given a lasting place in Rotterdam. A unique, educational and, above all, beastly city walk on Saturday 17 October and Sunday 15 November. Incidentally, that Sunday is the very last visiting day at the Coolhaven before we get ready for the move to Het Steiger!
