Appeltaartconcert: Chinese Appeltjes

For the first time, an Appeltaartconcert will take place in the theatre hall of Podium Islemunda! During this concert, musicians Zheng Sun (erhu), Annemieke IJzerman (harp) and Michiel Holtrop (viola) will take you on a journey through music from China and music with Chinese inspiration. The erhu (the Chinese knee fiddle) has a unique sound. Together with the harp and viola, a surprisingly refined and colourful sound is created. And as a contrast, some music by Schubert is also on the programme. After the concert, there will be coffee and apple pie in the foyer! Will you also come and enjoy this special musical afternoon?
