Highly entertaining comedy about a Roman family who decide to spend a short summer holiday in Puglia, with the wealthy parents of their daughter's new boyfriend.

18-year-old Camilla is going to study in the deep south in Puglia and has decided to live there with her boyfriend Antonio. That is more convenient than traveling from Rome. For her family and especially father Carlo this is quite something. They decide to travel to Puglia with the family of five and spend a short summer holiday with Antonio's parents. That way they can get to know each other nicely but also get to know the region. Antonio's wealthy parents live in a traditional country house and are full of their good life in the countryside and their traditions. The arrival of the headstrong Roman family soon leads to amusing events and many misunderstandings.
