CLONE RECORDS x INTERDIMENSIONAL TRANSMISSIONS

Some labels need little introduction. Others deserve to be rediscovered by a younger generation of techno lovers. Founded in Detroit in 1995, Interdimensional Transmissions launched with Ectomorph’s *Subsonic Vibrations EP*, the project of BMG and Gerald Donald. From the start, I.T. explored the deeper and more adventurous sides of Detroit techno and Electro. The label broke through with the *From Beyond* series in 1997, featuring artists such as I-f, DJ Godfather, Mike Paradinas, Keith Tucker and Anthony “Shake” Shakir. Its legacy continued with releases from I-f, The Hacker, Erika, Carlos Souffront, Jason Loveland, Andy Toth, Neel and many more. Beyond its releases, I.T. has shaped Detroit’s underground through legendary events including Return to the Source, No Way Back and Samhain. The label’s connection with Rotterdam’s Clone Records dates back to 1997, when Ectomorph played a Murdercapital party hosted by I-f and Serge. Since then, Clone has handled I.T.’s European distribution and the two labels have remained closely connected.
