With the Maaskantine, Rotterdam finally has its own beach. Discover BBQ dishes inspired by the American East Coast, cheerful cocktails, a real beach with colorful beach beds to relax on with your feet in the sand.
No center, North, West or South, but Rotterdam East has had a new outdoor restaurant since 2020. From the view to the cocktails on the menu: De Maaskantine is a place on the Maas where you spontaneously get the feeling as if you are on holiday.

Movies at the Beach at Maaskantine
Maaskantine opened in mid-April, so it has already warmed up. From 3 May, programming will expand even more. From that Friday, Movies on the Beach will start with a screening of The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.
